ChemEtrade Platform Rules for Prohibited and Controlled Product Listing

ChemEtrade takes strict action against the display of prohibited and controlled items based on the "ChemEtrade Platform Rules for Prohibited and Controlled Product Listing."

Any illegal publication of restricted sales information will result in the removal of the listed products.

It is strictly prohibited to list any drugs and their production raw materials, stimulants, controlled substances or ingredients, narcotic and sedative drugs, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, precursor chemicals, drug rehabilitation drugs, medical institution preparations, drug-taking tools, and drug-making tools.

Even if a product is not included in the officially designated list by the state, it may still be subject to removal from the platform. ChemEtrade reserves the right to modify and supplement the reference list.

This list is based on various domestic and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • China: Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, Narcotics Control Law of the People's Republic of China, Anti-Dope Regulations, Regulation on the Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs, Notice on Measures for Categories of Controlled Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs for Non-medical Use, Measures for the Administration of Drug Information Service over the Internet, Poisonable Chemicals Regulation Rules.
  • United States: Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 2004, Controlled Substances Act, DEA List of Chemicals.
  • United Kingdom: The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
  • United Nations: Convention on Psychotropic Substances, United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, and other relevant domestic and international laws and regulations.

If any product violates the requirements of the Public Information & Network Security Supervision Bureau and falls within its controlled category, all sellers are required to self-check and promptly remove the product.

Sellers who have published prohibited product information should rectify their store product information before December 18th, 2021. Failure to do so may result in penalties imposed by the platform under the ChemEtrade Enforcement Actions for Displaying Prohibited and Controlled Items, leading to the direct removal of the product listings.
