Testosterone undecanoate, also known as Andio; Antel; Undecanone; Testosterone undecanoate; Undecanoic acid testosterone; Anxiong; Testosterone undecanonate, an androgen drug, is a derivative of testosterone and is an undecanonate of testosterone. It has an excitatory effect on normal hematopoiesis, can promote the production of erythropoietin and enhance its effect, and also has a direct stimulating effect on erythroid progenitor cells. Testosterone replacement therapy is clinically used for male sexual dysfunction, such as after orchiectomy, epididymitis, endocrine impotence, pituitary dysfunction, symptoms in middle-aged and elderly men (such as decreased libido, decreased mental and physical strength), and certain infertility caused by dysfunction of sperm production function. It can also be used for osteoporosis caused by androgen deficiency.
pharmacological action 
This product is an androgenic drug, a undecanoate of testosterone, which is a derivative of testosterone. It can promote male growth, the development of male secondary sexual characteristics and testicular and accessory gland structures, promote protein synthesis, reduce decomposition, enhance immune function, promote bone growth, promote red blood cell generation, feedback inhibition of gonadotropin secretion, and inhibit estrogen secretion.
Pharmacokinetics
This product has rapid oral absorption, strong first pass metabolism, and low bioavailability. There are significant individual differences in the peak time of serum after oral administration, with an average of about 4 hours. After continuous administration, serum testosterone levels gradually increase and reach a steady state within 2-3 weeks. After a single dose of intramuscular injection, the peak time of serum testosterone reached on the 7th day, and after 21 days, it returned to the pre intramuscular level.

1. Primary or secondary testicular dysfunction;
2. Physical delayed puberty in boys;
3. Palliative treatment for female patients with breast cancer metastasis;
4. Aplastic anemia;

Adverse reactions
1. Hypertrichosis, acne, abnormal penis erection, sperm reduction, semen volume reduction, water and sodium retention.
2. Premature puberty or early closure of the epiphysis in boys before puberty.
3. Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions.
